How does Komba work?

Through the app, post a shift for your location, with an hourly rate offered.
Kombers apply for the shift.
Choose the candidate that suits you based on rating, skills and other information provided.
Komber comes to the location and works the shift.
Rate Komber in the application (and she or he will rate you).
Pay the total amount to Komba, which includes the total shift fee for the Komber and additional €2 for each hour worked (€1.7 during the promotional period).
Komba pays to Komber the total amount of compensation for the shift and keeps €2 for each hour worked (€1.7 during the promotional period).
Kombers are employed through their independent business (Obrt or d.o.o) or Komba's partners
